How do I view my account and update my subscriber information?

From the menu bar, select the dropdown toggle arrow to and choose My Account to access your account information and subscription details.

In My Account, you can view your profile, reset your password, set notification preferences, update billing details, cancel your subscription, and view your order history.

Where can I find the link to the Community page and the daily webinar schedule?

From the main menu bar, select My Dashboard to view our library of courses and the Mitigation Arc Courses community. Under My Communities, select Mitigation Arc Community. Now you're in the Community! From there you can engage with the community, post questions and read responses, join the daily webinars, and view the webinar replays.

Where can I find the library of courses included with my subscription?

From the main menu bar, choose My Dashboard. Then, click "view all" to open the page featuring the courses and course links.


Can I preview the information included in each course?

Yes! Our courses cover important topics and subject matter that every justice-impacted person should know and understand. A preview of each course is available from the All Products page.

I need to cancel my subscription

We're sorry to see you go. It's very easy to cancel your subscription. Select My Account from the dropdown menu in the main menu bar. Then, select "Billing" from the left side menu. Next, click "Cancel" next to the subscriptions detail. Your subscription will change to canceled status. Your credit card will not be charged again, and you will have access to the content until the end of the current billing period. Although you'll lose access to the courses and community after the billing period expires, you're welcome to resubscribe any time.
